36/44 hour work week - 12 hour shifts - 14 days per month
Retention Pay: One time benchmark bonuses at 5, 10, 15, & 20 years
City Contribution to Health Insurance Coverage:
- $2,285 for family
- $1,757 for employee plus one
- $879 for employee
CalPERS - Formula is dependent on hire date and member status in CalPERS
Employees earn 11-21 days of vacation based on years of service
Tuition reimbursement of up to $3000 per year
